If I could give zero stars, I would. My car was in the shop for three months to fix a measly sunroof mesh visor. The issue was so minimal, they told me the car would be ready in two days, only to extend t shop for three months to fix a measly sunroof mesh visor. The issue was so minimal, they told me the car would be ready in two days, only to extend this time frame to a week, then two, etc. No one called me with updates, I had to call THEM and wait on hold every time. They never communicated any issues with the process, nor updates (updates only if you asked the proper questions). They beat around the bush and just plain LIE. I only got to speak to my advisor (literally the ONLY person I was supposed to be speaking to) 2 to 3 times, and everyone I spoke to gave me different answers the questions I was asking. They are very polite, I will say that, but their deceitfulness trumps their politeness. This entire process was a mess… even after the car was "ready" I was told to wait until they call me back once more to pick it up. That wait was another week! Detailing does not take a week, and it is not supposed to leave black marks on my white fabric interior nor pieces of the car improperly installed. I called 5 times post-service to see if I can get a detailer to come to me (as I was told I should do if there was anything that went unnoticed by the dealer) but I'm still waiting. I will NOT be recommending this location, EVER. Maggie, my advisor was as helpful as she could be, under the circumstances. Unfortunately, giving me the run around and not communicating all of the details of this process when she was available to speak with me, prolonged the process further. Being honest with a client, and ADVISING them on what their best choice is moving forward IS what is important. Not holding one's car in the parking lot (where birds got inside and left poop on the inside-that was not cleaned) while you guys get paid per day for the service by Mopar. Never providing a rental car, putting blame on CHRYSLER when it was evident I wanted compensation for the months of work I lost and months of car payments I made and months of car rentals that came out of my pocket. This review is all over the place, just like the process and the lies being told to me were. And yes, it was quite easy to tell you all were lying when your stories didn't match.
