When he was told I was coming in, he called me and met me there. I was shocked and very pleased he came in on his day off. It's always nice to deal with only one person from start to finish..Everyone was very nice and made me feel at home. Mark made the financing easy and enjoyable. Finance went in to buy a certain type of vehicle. Financing was done before she went in. Ken was unhelpful and unprofessional. She asked explanations on the pricing and he didn't want to.
