Also, our finance representative, Bryan Wiltgen was also very informative, friendly, patient and helpful. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I have been a long time Volkswagen owner and fourth generation of VW drivers. I bought the RAV4 limited for my wife to drive as a daily but didn’t expect to enjoy driving the car myself. Now, every day I get off work I find myself looking toward to hopping in and going for a road trip. We are already planning a camping trip and look forward to many years in our new Toyota. Everyone was very friendly and kind but financing took a very long time. Were there for almost 3 hours to leave with a vehicle that we already picked out and put a down payment for. very long time.
