Thomas is by far the best sales person I have ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle. He actually listened to what I wanted and didn't want and made it very easy for me. Easy to deal with. Worked remotely mostly via text. Jay was very responsive to my requests for information about the truck. He was friendly and helpful overall. Worked remotely mostly via text. They delivered a truck that was clean and ready for the road. Only downside was I wanted to have the truck charged to 100% so I could confirm the range, they were unable to do this which did result in about a 2 hour wait for it to complete charging. My friend and I took that as an opportunity to go out and get some lunch and run a couple errands, not a huge deal but it was a slight bummer. If I have needs in the future I would not hesitate to reach back out and work with them. More
