I’m writing to inform you that because of your service departments bad judgments decision-making and failure to follow up, you have lost a valued Ford customer. I have purchased 13 Ford vehicles in the last 20 years and I have never seen such failure to do the right thing, When it comes to service. You had my vehicle for eight weeks. Bill Currie Ford Repaired the vehicle and provided supplement to insurance for complete coverage in four days. Any initial diagnosis you made was proven to be incorrect. You allowed my 22 year-old daughter to drive away in an unsafe vehicle. Leo is no advisor. I expected more. Fix your service dept. I will be passing this on to Facebook with hopes that it doesn’t happen to anyone else More
