Just did I was supposed to meet with the service man but nobody knew what service center he work at went to Elder ford first they oh no he doesn't work he works across the street . Steven did not give us our floor mats that were in the sticker. When confronted he told me he discussed this up front. There was no discussion on the floor mats. If this is a rating for service department only, then I give it 5 stars. The service team is exceptional and goes out of their way to resolve any issue.
