I purchased two F450’s and cancelled the warranties almost 6 months ago. I still haven’t received my checks back. That’s a few grand that’s just sitting out there that can’t be used. Finance team was not professional and not service focused. Finance manager was extremely distracted about his office being used by other employees. Then we had paid 1/4th of the amount using credit c focused. Finance manager was extremely distracted about his office being used by other employees. Then we had paid 1/4th of the amount using credit card and then given a cheque for the rest. Then when we get the paperwork I noticed that Finance Manager had charged the full amount to cheque payment ( I lost cash back amount and in addition had account overages ). Then all the finance paperwork had the wrong address(the dealer address was the customer address) this after the salesperson had updated it. In short I am thoroughly disappointed and will not recommend elder Ford. I find it surprising that Elder Ford just override the amount I submitted on the cheque. More
The service center may be OK but your customer service is terrible. I have called and spoke to somebody three times asking for a callback never getting it.
