Dealership itself is cool. It’s just the making clear of the services & how it works. They tell me life time oil changes & then say that means just 2 a year lol. Do not use this dealership ever! Lies from the beginning of the process to the end . Then sold a truck with issue that they refused to fix. Jennifer did a great job (like always) but the phone systems are absolutely horrific. When trying to contact Elder Ford, you get routed to an answering service that has NO CLUE of where to direct your c systems are absolutely horrific. When trying to contact Elder Ford, you get routed to an answering service that has NO CLUE of where to direct your call. My last experience was so bad I said to myself “never again”. I even tried getting in touch with Dan Sills, but was never able to contact him. On Friday, October 27, 2023 I left messages for Service (including Jennifer 10:48am and Andrew 10:48am) with no returned phone call. I was however to get in touch with Bill Currie Ford, and will now begin bringing my vehicles to that location. Please understand that in no way, shape, or form is this personal, it is just better business. Respectfully- DR Brant More
