My service advisor was Michael Tafur. Michael was amazing. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, got me a loaner while my car was being repaired, and took the initiative to assist me with another issue regarding the missing VIN sticker. If you need service on your vehicle, whether it is body work, major repairs, or a simple oil change, Elder Ford is the place to go. In the service department, make sure you ask for Michael Tafur. He will treat you right! I give him five stars! More

The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They got me to get the gap coverage and now that I need to use it after being in an accident they refuse to answer my phone calls or emails.
