Johany courteous and respectful. Stayed in touch with me on status at all times. Claim for transmission on a 4 year old car denied by 3rd party Eric for air filter. I called ford war Stayed in touch with me on status at all times. Claim for transmission on a 4 year old car denied by 3rd party Eric for air filter. I called ford warranty co. and claim was never submitted. They pulled up maint. Records by VIN. Told me transmission covered. Elder never submitted claim. It seems like a scam for Elder to get paid by customer and also warranty after the fact. More

Kudos to Sean Chlebowski, Service Advisor, Daryl Brown, Technician and Keith Weil, Quicklane Manager. I stopped in to have my tire pressure sensor replaced. They worked together to make sure the correct Technician and Keith Weil, Quicklane Manager. I stopped in to have my tire pressure sensor replaced. They worked together to make sure the correct one was installed. Another example of Elder Ford's excellent customer service. They are the only dealership I let service my truck. Highly recommend. They have bait price, When you get there, they start racking up all kind of ridiculous charges to Jack up the price of the vehicle. Very disappointing.
