( I am suspicious if it was computer or a person) Then some one (Orlando Diaz Client Care Specialist) from dealership called me two times, morning and evening confirming the scheduled time.. When I came to dealership around 6:20pm. the guy name Jim - VIP Manager told me that car stock # 119473 has been sold 1 hour ago. What a lie. Is this a (your way of doing business.) Had to drive 35 minutes from Rancho Cordova to you and back, just to find that "car was sold" you taking advantage of people who came to your dealership, drove so many miles. , selling them something because they are here . Very bad customer service. More

3 hour oil changes Every time I use this dealer for oil change or any other service I am there a minimum of 2 hours. And it's always longer than they tell you. They told me it would be 4 to 5 hours for tire rotation, even though I was already getting an oil change, 4 to 5 hours to do a 15-20 minute job??? They are either under staffed or dont know how to handle all the traffic they get. The dealer in southern California where I bought my car was even busier but had you in and out in 45 minutes tops start to finish even without an appointment. They offered free snacks and refreshments and had many activities to occupy children. Now that I moved up here and use this dealer I literally dread getting my oil changed and so do my kids. Also my car wash dry job was horrible leaving my mirrors and windows foggy they l and didn't put the antenna back on. My car looked better before they washed it. More
