Had a alternator installed on my 2011 Corolla. Had my vehicle towed the night before to the dealership. When i arrived the next morning, they got me in right away. the service people were friendly Had my vehicle towed the night before to the dealership. My recent purchase I found a used vehicle that I'd been trying to find for awhile. When I saw it on the their website at 8:30 on Sunday night I called to see if it was s I found a used vehicle that I'd been trying to find for awhile. When I saw it on the their website at 8:30 on Sunday night I called to see if it was still there. They said it must be a new listing as they didn't know about it yet...and I believe that because the last one I saw was that I was interested in was gone within a day! The gentleman I talked with was very friendly and helpful, he took a minute and located it and said yes it was still there. I said I was interested but was coming from about 3 hours away to see it. He responded that they would hold it for me until noon on Monday, the next day. He was very reassuring. Unfortunately I don't know this gentlemans name....too excited by prospect of "new" car. When I arrived there they immediately took me to the saleman, Sean Nguyen, who was an extremely delightful man. He took me out for the test drive, we checked the vehicle out, gave me the history of the vehicle that they had, and it was comprehensive. He walked me through all the preliminary documents and then handed me over to another gentleman who wrote the whole thing up and completed my purchase. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite, friendly and eager to help. I received a call to confirm that all was ok, and a thank you note and email with contact information if I needed something. Once I calmed down and looked at the vehicle I realized I was missing the rear tonneau cover that was listed to with the vehicle. I called to find out about it and they confirmed the interior color and asked where to ship it to and that was it. Fabulous service and I've spread the word to everyone about the service and the deal! Certainly where I'll be sending anybody who asks...and many have when they saw the condition of my purchase! Big help during a very rough time. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. I can't remember everyone's name, but from the finance person to the individual who tried to explain all of the Tundras features to me, everyone was very informative and knowledgeable.
