The sales are no pressure compared to some other dealerships and I look forward to dealing with Brian Rea and Romy again. The parts dept and Chris have always got the parts I need or gotten them in a short time. Dealing with service dept professionals like Rocky Deavers and Fred Daniels makes it easy to understand whats wrong and what needs to be fixed. If there are any issues Brian Chase is right there to make it right . Its nice to find a dealership that has it all together and treat the customers great. To me it says something about a place of business when they have employee's stay for such long periods of time. There are many faces that have been there the entire 24+ years I have been going there. Horrible service dept! I will never go back to this dealership! I have given them too many chances to win/keep my business, but they continue to fail! They scratched the side of my car when they were doing a "routine" oil change. They never rotated my tires when they said did, thus voided my tire warranty. When I tried to give a suggestion several months ago about the checkout procedure in the "speedy" oil area, they never contacted me. And when I called Brian the service manager to complain about all the problems, his answer was, "I don't know what to tell you." Really? That is unacceptable!!! I will make the drive to Auburn Toyota, where I originally purchased the car, as their service dept has always been top notch! More

Purchase of new 4Runner Trail Premium We recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner through the Costco Auto Purchase program. Unfortunately, this 4Runner model in the color we wanted was not in stock and difficult to locate. Despite the lower profit margin for the dealership, James MGaha, the dealers Costco program representative, went out of his way to locate the vehicle and bring it to Elk Grove Toyota to enable our purchase. Once there to purchase the vehicle, our financing was quickly approved and we spent the least amount of time at an auto dealership we have ever experienced.
