This had to be the smoothest, least stressful car buying experience of my life. Izea was very professional and was able to answer all my questions quickly and completely. I must say, I was on guard the moment I pulled into the parking lot as car dealerships don't have great reputations. I was REALLY skeptical about their "no dealer markup" ad. I was sure there were going to be "hidden fees" on the back end of the deal. NOPE!! They sell as advertised....unbelievable. Only real negotiating was with my trade in but I had already done my due diligence so I knew what I could get for the car. Finance wasn't overly pushy. I said no and he pretty much accepted that. He did try to push the extended warranty but hey, the man was doing his job. Can't fault him for that! Overall it was a pretty painless and at times even fun experience. I will be in the market to buy another car in about 6 months. Guess where I'm going?!?! LOL!!!! More

Went in for 10k toyota care service. The maintenance invoice showed that they rotated my tires, changed oil with oil filter and did a multi-point inspection. Now I am questioning whether they changed my oil or not or did any of the items they listed on the invoice or why it wasn’t explained why my tires weren’t rotated while the invoice said otherwise More

I had called every Toyota dealership within 75 miles of where I live looking for the best deal and dealership to work with, and this location was the best by far. They tried to sell some extra add-ons, but weren't too pushy and I didn't feel pressured to get anything I didn't want. Professional, easy to work with, and we got our car at MSRP (which is practically unheard of right now!!) Next time I go looking for another Toyota vehicle I'm not wasting my time with any other dealership and I'll be coming right back to Elk Grove. More

Express Service should be renamed as Forever Service because an express lube service took 2:20 minutes! Advisor said it should be about an hour but was he wrong. It was my first service on a brand new 2023 Tacoma, no oil change required! Was told I “had to get it done to maintain warranty”. Was asked if I’d like a free car wash and I jumped on it. Found out the car wash was more of a quick hose down with areas that looked like it wasn’t touched at all. Had better car wash at the Shell gas station for $6. Since I was there I raised a concern about the parking assist sometimes beeping and sometimes didn’t . It appears the advisor never noted my concerns down and nothing was considered at the end. I said the xxxx with it after 2:20 hour wait. I wasn’t going to wait a minute longer. The waiting area was also a bit warmer than what I would have wanted. More
