Within a surprisingly short amount of time I left the lot with a brand new Scion. The experience was pleasant! No pressure sales and upfront from the beginning. He made buying my first car extremely easy, and I walked out feeling completely happy with my purchase. I moved to Los Angeles recently and got in a car accident that totalled my car. I still had Scott's contact information, so I conveniently texted him what I wanted for my new car. I got another Corolla 2016 LE ECO. I drove all the way back to Elk Grove Toyota from Los Angeles (a 7-hour drive) just to buy a car from Scott again. If I thought my experience was great the first time, I had an even better experience the second time. Scott does above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He prepared all of the paperwork and car, so I was in and out in 90 minutes. He even checked in with me after my purchase to make sure everything was going well with my new car. More than happy with my experience and I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else! More
