Briefly, my car sustained damage where a preliminary estimate thought that the front fenders and the rocker moldings would need replacement with all new hardware. I made an appointment with Elk Grove Co estimate thought that the front fenders and the rocker moldings would need replacement with all new hardware. I made an appointment with Elk Grove Collision to get an estimate. When I got there, the technician took his time, looking around and underneath. He finally says that the only problem was a couple of clips on the bumper cover that needed to be re-seated. He got the clips in place and then told me that there would no charge... an honest body repair shop! More

I gave this place a good review and now I've changed my mind. I was told more then once my toyota camry 2023 came with no alarm which I thought was really strange ...I questioned the sales guy and the fina mind. I was told more then once my toyota camry 2023 came with no alarm which I thought was really strange ...I questioned the sales guy and the finance guy and both said no it doesn't come with one. I believe we were lied to because it indeed has an alarm we found by accident and I believe I was lied to so I could be talked into buying lo jack from them. Had I known it had an alarm there would be no need to buy lojack which is terrible by the way. I think they took advantage of me and my 93 yr old mother who paid cash for a thirty thousand car. Elk grove toyota you should be ashamed of how you do business and the 2 people who helped us should be dealt with. I want people to know that this is not a good place to buy a car. They are liars. Elk Grove Toyota Dealership has a stellar Sales Representative (Romy) who made my experience on the lot a highly pleasant one. Romy was genuine, patient and didn't pressure me at any point during Representative (Romy) who made my experience on the lot a highly pleasant one. Romy was genuine, patient and didn't pressure me at any point during my visit to the lot. As a Senior citizen, I appreciated Romy's calm manner and that he didn't flinch while researching every point presented to him by this customer. I presented a scroll of questions and noticed how Romy seemed fine (he convinced me he was) with answering and looking up exhaustive information while I pondered my decision. At the end of the visit (approximately 2-3 hours), it was as if we were kindred spirits. The only reason I didn't make the purchase was that the only viable option for me was a vehicle with over 100,000 miles and my family advised against it. I probably would have made the purchase if left to my own devices. I would be happy to work with the Romy again. Romy's experience and knowledge of his craft is impeccable. The younger sales person's on the lot didn't seem as patient and sort of looked away when I pulled up in my l997 Ford Explorer as if they were judging me. Just my opinion. Romy is most approachable.
