Service visit and browsing for new vehicle. I had my 2007 4 Runner in for service several times, with several different service reps and staff. I've never had a bad experience with their service I had my 2007 4 Runner in for service several times, with several different service reps and staff. I've never had a bad experience with their service; car rental if needed is low cost and no hassle. I am greeted quickly when I drive up; they even have crazy Saturday mornings flowing like water. Last weekend was my first experience with the Sales Team. My sales rep was Vince Hoang, who was very friendly, not at all pushy, very polite and worked hard to get me a good deal. I am very happy with my new 2015 4 Runner and I anticipate enjoying it for many years to come. Even when I call in for something, the receptionist is always polite and pleasant and takes care to get my calls directed appropriately and quickly. More
