Brakes Job and Oil Consumption Recalled I took my rav4 in for a brake job and also for a recalled for engine oil consumption. The servicer, which is Charles, was extremely nice. After I picked up my Rav4, brought it home, I noticed oil was leaking from underneath. Also the interior has oil smell, too. At first, I thought it might be from the oil consumption test, no biggie. Almost two weeks went by, the "maintenance" light went on. At that point, I realized the Elk Grove Toyota technician didn't close the oil cap. Oil spilled everywhere, on the engine and the underneath of the hood. And this is not the first time. First time they didn't close the hood, nearly costs me an accident on 99 South. Do Not Bring your car to this place. Their technicians are bunch of lazy morons. More

There were no games and out of all of the representatives from dealerships in the area, Scott was the only one that called me with an offer for my trade and the new truck I was after. The Tundra I bought want at their dealership but they found it and got it there on the day I wanted it. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Elk Grove Toyota and it won't be the last.
