I would like to recognize Yusuf for making our car buying experience one that we will always remember. On Friday night after work, a car dealership is not a place one wants to visit. From my previous experiences, I didnt want my afternoon wasted with long waiting times and bothersome customer service and attitude, which is something we dealt with in the past. When we met with Yusuf, he treated us like friends, asking questions and making sure we were content. We were unable to proceed with our car buying experience that evening due to un-agreeable appraisal information but we did make plans to meet him the next day. There was an unforeseen event that took us off our schedule and Yusuf was very accommodating to our needs. When we did return, he made sure to get us a very agreeable appraisal. Once we were set with the financial/background issues, he asked exactly what we wanted and needed in a car and within the first 5 cars he showed us, we knew which one we were buying. Basically, within 30 minutes of looking, he took us to our perfect car. This made our whole process of appraisal, searching, financing and detailing short and very stress less. My husband and I both agreed on the fact that out of all our previous experiences when purchasing a car or helping others make the purchase, Yusuf has been outstanding in making this one that we will always remember. Worked with the fleet manager on specs and pricing before I went into the dealership. When my vehicle was ready, all I had to do was go in and sign the paperwork.
