FYI to everyone regarding Elk Grove Toyota. I’ve contacted them through their Client Care Specialist Melissa Borroel requesting an OTD quote for a new car and Ms. Borroel response was “unfortun I’ve contacted them through their Client Care Specialist Melissa Borroel requesting an OTD quote for a new car and Ms. Borroel response was “unfortunately my department doesn't have access to give the exact OTD price.” I’ve asked who I need to contact to get an OTD price with NO response. I’ve even sent a message to the dealership via their Facebook page, which is supposed to be “very responsive” with NO help. On their Facebook page I requested the name and contact information for their General Sales Manager so I could speak directly with someone with the authority to provide an OTD cost. As a result of that Facebook message, I did receive an email response from the same Melissa Borroel which stated “I received your inquiry about additional information from our dealership. I will be following up with you soon”. Guess what? NO actual contact to provide the contact name for the Elk Grove Toyota GSM. Their Facebook page states “At Elk Grove Toyota, we strive to achieve one goal, customer satisfaction. We do this by providing quality automobiles at affordable prices while making sure our customers are never left unsatisfied. Really? You be the judge. I hope potential customers of Elk Grove Toyota get a chance to actually read this post before Elk Grove Toyota takes it down. More
