Great customer service! When I brought the car in for scheduled maintenance, I mentioned that the tire sensors were being wonky. My service intake person showed me a tire sensor, told me they start to fail around 5-7 years of age, and mine were 9 years old. The cost to replace all four at once was $900, separately would be $1200. No hard sell, just giving me the information I needed to make the call, which I declined because of these difficult economic times. He could have said nothing, Then he reminded me about the old-school practice that I do anyway, which is check tire pressure at home every week manually. More
Muitipoint inspection was not done then the vehicle was released. but Listed to the work order and lied that was done. Lied that the Car washing was done and I waited for 1 hr to car wash the car. The car stayed for Three days this should be more than I expect. I feel sorry that who is telling the Truth. Don’t blame me since I Intrusted which supposed to be more to check for safety. The replaced steering is Rusting and seemed connected Questionable. The guard was not placed Back. Are this used Parts for a $ 900 bill. I will return this and I have pictures to let you see it. I was satisfied with the service getting new tires. Ron was great. I was a little disappointed when I picked up my car. There was grease or whatever lubricant used to put the tires on the rims all over Ron was great. I was a little disappointed when I picked up my car. There was grease or whatever lubricant used to put the tires on the rims all over the tires and rims. I would have expected the finished product to be what the final product should look like. It should have been clean. They were dirtier than when I brought the car in. You wouldn’t leave oil all over the undercarriage after changing the oil or battery acid over the engine after replacing the battery. My recommendation would be to make sure the final product is a resemblance of what you would have displayed on the showroom floor. More
