Finally, a car buying experience worth talking about. I have never considered buying a new car as a pleasant experience. That is, until I walked into Elmwood Chrysler in East Providence. I was interested in looking at a 2018 Grand Cherokee - Limited and perhaps a test drive of the vehicle. I met with a young salesman by the name of Marcio Monteiro and was immediately impressed with his friendly approach and his in-depth knowledge of the Grand Cherokee. After a short test drive, Marcio sat down with me and explained his, "No Pressure", approach to selling me an automobile. He went on to explain that it was his responsibility to ensure I received the best deal possible. True to his word, Marcio spent the next several days exploring different options available to me and worked with his sales manager and finance manager to get me an unbelievable price. As I stated initially, buying a car was never a pleasurable experience for me, however, Marcio changed my views and delivered on his commitment. Thank you Marcio. More
