No other dealership salesperson came anywhere close to Sherman's professionalism, knowledge, competence, skill & personality. Cleaned up a sticky situation. Stuck with a car I was never interested in to benefit a past situation from another dealership, I wanted what I was paying for. My credit was about av Stuck with a car I was never interested in to benefit a past situation from another dealership, I wanted what I was paying for. My credit was about average and I wasn't putting any money down, I put myself in a bad situation. The previous dealership a year prior told me to come back after making payments on my jeep compass for a year(I truly always wanted a wrangler or RAM). I'm a very loyal customer even if I have an eh kind of experience I'll stick with what I know. So I show back up to "SAID" dealership and they told me there's nothing they can do for me. Knowing my parents bought from elmwood and had a good experience, I thought I'd give them a chance. I didn't regret it. From the start, Nathan Amaral was very up front with me and answered all my texts and questions right away. Ben, the sales manager, also was very up front with me and they both seemed a bit concerned with my purchase because it was going to be a pretty big monthly payment because I was upside down on my jeep but I told them that I was okay with it because I'd actually be driving something I loved. So those two were great in making the sales end of it stress-free. Then there was Vinny in the financing. He was talking to me like I was his own son. Huge pleasure to work with these guys and I definitely will be back with my car buying addiction More

About 4 months ago I purchased a Jeep Wrangler here from Marcio, overall one of the best sales people I have ever spoken to and provided a great exper About 4 months ago I purchased a Jeep Wrangler here from Marcio, overall one of the best sales people I have ever spoken to and provided a great experience. 4 Months later whenever he sees my mom or me at the dealership he still goes out of his way to come outside and say hello and check in on everything. And for the service department, Tee has been one of the most helpful people I have ever spoken to. She knew exactly what my issue was and got right on a fix and after less than a day my Jeep has been outfitted with a new lift kit and all of the issues I had caused with some hack wiring have been taken care of. More
