Within 2 days of speaking with Paul Jr. I brought my Durango in for him to inspect the paint issue on the roof, and he sent me directly to the auto body to have it looked at, 2 weeks later i have my Durango back. I will be servicing it with Elmwood as they seem to understand that the long term value of a customer is worth picking up where another dealership left off. More

Right Jeep, Right Price I walked into the dealership knowing what vehicle I wanted, but Marcio was still able to tell me a few things about it that I did not know. It came down to a numbers game and at first I did not feel comfortable buying. They did not pressure me at all and wanted me to feel good about what I was purchasing and a price I wanted.
