The salesman, Alan Ogunnaike, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle in part because he is a long time fan and driver of the brand. What I particularly appreciated was the low pressure approach Alan employed in the negotiation. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new Jeep to talk to Alan first. More

deception I went into Elmwood Dodge to buy a new Dodge Ram one of the things I insisted on having was climate control. I picked out a truck they told me it had I went into Elmwood Dodge to buy a new Dodge Ram one of the things I insisted on having was climate control. I picked out a truck they told me it had climate control in it. I did not climb in it and confirm that. After I picked it up the next day and drove around for a while I realized it did not have climate control I went back to the dealership to inform them of their mistake the salesman agreed that he told me it had climate control and he was mistaken the manager said and I quote tough luck you sign the papers. They are the most deceitful dealership I have ever dealt with I would stay very far away from them More
