The rest of the staff- sales manager, GM, service manager, and finance manager, were all professional and a fun bunch of people. Pricing was competitive with all the other dealers I shopped. Being a long-time family owned, smaller dealership seems to enable Elmwood to go beyond the usual and offer a more personalized buying experience. New Vehicle I had searched at least six dealer ships in Mass and RI. I was about to give up until I gave it one more shot. I met a wonderful salesmen name Eniezer I had searched at least six dealer ships in Mass and RI. I was about to give up until I gave it one more shot. I met a wonderful salesmen name Eniezer Rios. He was courteous and kind and very attentive and extremely honest which is rare in this industry. He helped and answered all of my questions thought the whole process. He even followed up with me to make sure things were going well. the only issue or concern I had was the amount offered for my trade which is not his area. I would certainly recommend and deal with Eniezer again. They just want money and nothing else so I went To Elmwood to look at some dodges but they didn't have any manuals that and then I told him that I was also looking for camaro's and mustan so I went To Elmwood to look at some dodges but they didn't have any manuals that and then I told him that I was also looking for camaro's and mustang's and they had a mustang there and I just fell in love with it at first sight so I asked jayson to test drive it and he said ok and he went to go look for a plate. After like 15 minutes he came back and brought me to the sales manager and the sales manager told me I couldn't test drive it because it's a fast car and I'm only 21 and I had to come back with my parents to make sure I was really interested in the car. Now let's fast forward to I bought the car now. On the day I picked the car I drove it back and when I got to work I realized I didn't have floor mats and I asked for them and now it's 30+ days and I still haven't gotten my floor mats jayson said he would get me so right now I'm pissed off More
