He was both accommodating and generous with his time. Sherman took the time to get us missing Velcro straps and a tool kit, which we need to take off doors. Deeply grateful to Eddie who took time out of the service department to show my son how to operate the Jeep's hard / soft top. It was Eddie who recognized that we were missing unopened boxes of soft top windows that the previous owner had inadvertently left in his garage. The dealership contacted the previous owner who assured he would get his unopened boxed windows to them and pulled new boxed windows off another jeep for us. More

I had done my homework, checked comparables and searched high and low for a very specific,Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. When i saw one come into their inventory i jumped on it and scheduled a test drive. Setting up the appointment was easy. Stephanie even called the morning of to confirm my appointment. When we got there, the staff was very timely and courteous. Nathan (our sales rep) was very personable and easy-going. There was no heckling back and fourth regarding price and Nathan's team most-certainly delivered when it came to giving us a great deal on what i already thought was a very reasonably priced car for the features it had. (This dealership seemed to have the most competitive pricing out-of-the-gate compared to others i saw.) Vinny was also awesome to work with when it came to financing. He was clearly there to help us understand the numbers and not to take more money out of our pockets. He made the process super easy and even called our insurance company to add the car to our policy. Nathan was there when we picked up the car last night and offered up his assistance post sale if we had any questions or concerns. Its only day one but so far so good! The car is beautiful. More

The first round at another dealership became nothing but close to a nightmare. Games, lying about prices and even tried selling me a Jeep that was already 'sold'!?! (Let me point out at this point how much I hate buying vehicles for this reason) Fast forward to Elmwood CDJR. I took my Saturday late morning start and got to their lot. Took a quick look at the Jeep (Wrangler Unlimited) I was interested in via their website; All the vehicles on the lot looked great, and easy to view. As I entered the dealership I was greeted quickly and non-confrontationally. I was then introduced to Noel Tavarez who took his time asking thoughtful questions and set me up for a test drive. As we were about to head out he received a phone call and told me to just take the Jeep out myself. This definitely impressed made me feel comfortable. After I returned we sat and talked numbers. I gave a very comfortable number for myself which I was expecting a counter-offer. Noel came back with a very fair price along with taking my 2001 minivan in trade as well (phew!) also taking my personal check for the purchase on a late Saturday. I drove off the lot, smiling ear to ear now knowing that I will be safe with any incident in my Z.A.V. (Zombie Apocalypse Vehicle) I urge anyone to check out Elmwood, definitely a happy customer. Fabulous Experience I've purchased many vehicles over the years from Elmwood and and I've always been satisfied with the Experience. My salesman Richard Miranda has always been top notch along with the Ben the sales manager. Vinnie in finance is very easy to work with. Obviously, any vehicle will require service and once again the service department has always been top notch. I consider myself a particular individual and the vehicle always returned to me in perfect condition after a repair. One thing I find comforting is all the people I've dealt with over the years are still working at Elmwood. From Richard and Ben in sales, Vinnie in finance, Dede in service, Ernie the shop foreman, they've all been there for decades. I recently met Chris in parts while I was ordering something form my new truck and he was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me make sure what I ordered was correct.
