The experience was exception. I was not in the market to buy a car at this point in time, but I was at a red light and looked to my left and saw a car that I fell in love with. I came back the next couple of days to get a better look at it, and called the phone number posted in the used car area. I then got a call from Richard Miranda and set up a date to get together. He let me test drive the car that day and let me know the particulars, such as price and mileage. So since I wanted to buy the car right then, we started the ball rolling. I also met Noel Tavarez who took my application for credit and was able to get it approved successfully. He got all the paperwork completed so I could pick up the car the next day. I guess Ben Sciarcon was involved even though he worked in the background for I actually did not meet him. So I picked up the car the next day for Richard prepared everything for my delivery. He did an exceptional job and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car from Elmwood Dodge. More
