I was very happy to meet May. She is friendly, and professional. The 15,000 mile inspection was performed more quickly than I expected. May said My cabin air filter should be cha She is friendly, and professional. The 15,000 mile inspection was performed more quickly than I expected. May said My cabin air filter should be changed, and it would cost $89.95 plus tax. That sounded like an expensive air filter, but I understand Toyota genuine parts more than aftermarket parts. I was in a hurry, so I didn't look closely at the invoice. When I checked later I found that I was charged $60.57 for labor. I have 2 issues with this charge. One, it takes about 2 minutes to change this filter. Two, the technician has to do the same labor to inspect the filter as to change it. If this standard procedure at Empire Toyota ? It seems a bit greedy to me. It's not a big deal, just a little annoying. You asked for My opinion, You got it. I will still have My Tundra serviced at Empire. Next time I will ask more questions, pay attention to the fine print. Thanks, Brett More

I love cars but hate the car buying experience. This was not the case here. I made 1 call to Javier at Empire Toyota. Javier Munoz in finance together with Yoelis Fernandez in sales made this experience very pleasant. The entire process was smooth, and transparent. I have always been a Toyota customer, but now will always be an Empire Toyota customer because of the way these two gentlemen handled this transaction. Very happy customer here!! More
