Although the sales representative was very attentive and professional, I was not provided with an overview of the Mercedes Digital features or given access to the app for the vehicle I purchased that day. It wasn't until a year later when I came in for a routine service and spoke to the Client Relations Manager for an unrelated matter that I was made aware of the Mercedes app and given access to the digital features on the app. I was told this was part of the customer sales practice.
