From the moment I arrived on the drive way I was greeted by the valet with a smile, and the service advisor Riad is very respectful and professional, explaining in detail the service done on my vehicle. TL;DR DON’T buy used here. New or CPO may be different, but I should have read the other reviews before I went in there. They are looking to move used stock without disclosing known safety issues (there is no way they didn’t know a giant neon green screen would pop up when you put the car in reverse). They kept pulling my credit after I had rescinded my permission for them to do so, in writing. They kept shopping around for other lenders after I explicitly told them I would not finance with anyone else and would prefer to unwind the deal. Without notifying me, and while telling me that they were working with my credit union, they funded the loan through a different bank. They lied and stalled to get their money by whatever means. There are hundreds of other actually ethical dealers; save yourself and stay away! Full review: I worked with Abraham. He’s an excellent salesman. We were there for a used Genesis and he admitted that this make wasn’t his specialty (it’s a Benz dealership after all), but he pulled up any information he could so that we could learn together. I enjoy a dealership that is willing to negotiate and that’s exactly what we did. I met Andrew, Abraham’s manager, who was kind and brought down the pricing a bit more. They wouldn’t budge on the Paint and Key Protection fee ($1,495), so just FYI, they build that into the total price, so do your math accordingly. I let them know I had preapproved financing through my own credit union (who they CUDL with) and would only finance through them, despite whatever other rates they could offer me elsewhere. I was firm on this. Finance experience was great. Easy peasy, no hidden anything. Harout was friendly and walked me through every expense, and was then kind enough to email me all my forms, as requested. I drive my new-to-me 2025 Genesis home and the backup camera doesn't work. Then the wheels make grinding noises during tight turns. Turns out, my credit union declined the loan because of the LTV ratio- something that was listed on my pre-approal letter, which Abraham and his team were well aware of when we were making the deal. I tell them in writing to stop running my credit and if my credit union doesn't finance, to unwind the deal. They stall for days and end up funding my deal with another bank without telling me. I escalate it to Andrew and then to the store manager, William. He stood by his team and said since I had signed an options contract that there was nothing I could do. So they sold me a car $5,700 over KBB putting me in immediate negative equity, and then forced the fiancing through another bank despite my explicit written instructions not to shop me around. As for the car issues, they told me to go to Genesis to fix it. There are literally 20 other Mercedes-Benz dealers in SoCal. Save yourself the time, headache, stress, and MONEY and go to any other one of those. More

This was my first time going to a Mercedes dealership and I left impressed. Staff was polite, professional, and accommodating. Show room was clean and organized.
