To Whom It May Concern at MB of West Covina, I am writing to formally document my position and issue a final demand regarding the cancellation of my extended warranty. Despite initiating contact on March 8th via phone, March 10th via text, and March 14th via periodic email — and despite requesting follow-up from Roberto and Benjamin Wong — I have received no substantive response from Matthew Sayegh or anyone else at your dealership regarding this matter. My most recent email, which copied Ms. Lazalde (Finance Manager), was sent yesterday and has also gone unanswered. My demands are straightforward: 1. Written confirmation that my extended warranty has been cancelled. 2. Return of the fully executed cancellation agreement. 3. Written confirmation that my original check has been destroyed, as I subsequently remitted payment via wire transfer. Let me be unequivocal: if any warranty charge appears on my first billing statement — even a single dollar — I will commence legal action against MB of West Covina without further notice. My counsel will pursue all available remedies, including discovery directed at your customer warranty files, and will explore whether the facts support a class action on behalf of similarly situated customers — not limited to this location, but across your broader dealership network.
