I felt that Roy did not go above and beyond to find the problem on the car. He took me for a test drive basically only in the parking lot and couldn't replicate the squeaking sound on my suspension. I asked if we can drive at a different location and he stated no because he potentially has other client Ed's He did not offer a foreman or technician to go on a drive with me, which I don't know why. After I got the car back, the squeaky noise on the suspension came back and I recorded it on video. I informed Roy that I recorded it and he said to drive it for a few days to try to spot a pattern then reach back out to him to bring the car back. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the experience at West Covina Mercedes or at least with the service advisor I got. I had to make an appointment with another Mercedes Benz dealership in Ontario to bring my car in. In addition, for my rental car I received a Toyota Corolla. Shouldn't I of got a rental similar to my E450 that I brought in? More
