My vehicle was returned dirty from the mechanic’s splashing the fluid it was unacceptable. My windshield and side windows had fluid splattered everywhere. This is a Mercedes dealer and customer pay a great amount of money to have our vehicles repaired and returned looking presentable . On top of that i had to reach out to the advisor on status of my vehicle after not hearing anything for two days. I am a Manager in the customer service field and this was not my best experience at this West Covina location. More
