Dealing with third-party warranty companies and 'SilverRock' can be a nightmare, but Vahe was relentless. He spent a significant amount of time documenting the safety failures, communicating with adjusters, and advocating for me to ensure the repairs were handled properly. He didn't just treat me like another service ticket; he understood my situation as a caregiver and parent and fought to make sure my car was actually road-ready and reliable. If you want a Service Advisor who is honest, technically expert, and willing to go to bat for his clients, ask for Vahe. He turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one.
