I would rate Oscar five stars, however not the Dealership. Reason for low rating is maybe is time to change some of the norms. Like when someone purchases a used car, just because it's used it should not be a Reason for low rating is maybe is time to change some of the norms. Like when someone purchases a used car, just because it's used it should not be a different experience and customer treated differently by only filling up 1/2 of the gas tank v/s full thank if we bought new? why treated different, if this could be a potential future customer. I'm sure you know is whatever experience we leave there with is what is going to reflect on our future purchases or referrals. That may sound petty, but is a big or down impression on why we are treated any less special than if we had bought a new car. That was a big let down. I know used and "as is" cars are something you all want to sell rather than send to auction, but little details that would not cost you as much like having changed the oil just to impress the customer and the gas make a big difference to many of us. Hopefully you all can work on these before I can recommend anyone. More
Horrible customer service please read So I would like to start out by saying that we just purchased a 2016 BMW from this dealership. The vehicle needed to be serviced with in 3 days of pur So I would like to start out by saying that we just purchased a 2016 BMW from this dealership. The vehicle needed to be serviced with in 3 days of purchase. After receiving the vehicle back the first time we had to return the vehicle to the dealership to fix the work that they had just completed. My wife was told to swing by the dealership and that they would “take a look” at the BMW. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes my wife went to Ask the salesman that sold out the vehicle Bill Mitchell what the status of the BMW was. Bill Mitchell then went on to tell my wife that he did not know what the status was on our new vehicle. My wife then asked Bill Mitchell if he could go find out. Bill then began to get frustrated that my wife was asking questions, he began to raise his voice at my wife and stated, “what do you expect it is a Saturday and this is a car dealership”. Bill Mitchell then began to yell at my wife stating, “ don’t patronize me”. Bill then continued to belittle my wife until she began to cry. I now have paid money to a dealership only to have one of their salesmen yell at my wife to to point he made her cry. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my life and I’ve never had someone in a quote on quote customer service industry treat me or especially my wife that way before. If I was to treat someone like that at my job I would be fired. I had even had even expressed to Bill that I wanted to purchase another vehicle from that car dealership. But as long as Bill is still working at the dealership I highly recommend nobody purchase a vehicle from a company that treats their costumers like they did my wife. More

Body Shop My sons truck had been hit by another student while away at college. He had the initial estimate done at a local dealer. I decided the dealer was too far away and wanted it to be a little closer. I tried the local Service King in Burleson Tx but they had a 2 week wait just to get the estimate. I decided to use Ewing since that is where we purchased the vehicle. It is still an hour away but it was WELL WORTH IT! Vincent Balmares is who I was scheduled to work with. He met me quickly and looked over the truck. He went over the other dealers estimate and noticed they did not note the bumper was bent. This was huge! It could have been another $2000 to $3000 easy. The bumpers in these vehicles have all sorts of sensors so they are not just a piece of metal or plastic any more. Vincent said he would take care of the supplemental check and get it all taken care of. He had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Had me to the Enterprise counter very quickly. Enterprise was also very helpful. They had a car delivered from another location very quickly. Overall just a fantastic job. Can't wait to see the work they do on this truck and if it matches the rest of the service it will be AMAZING! More
Quick and Easy I saw an ad for the Yukon online and it matched what my wife had been asking for. Within a few minutes we had the deal done. The new dealership is very well laid out and has easy access and egress. A pleasure doing business here. More
Great Sales Experience My Wife and I were in the market for a current or prior year like new, fully loaded, GMC Yukon XL SLT with very low miles. We had been looking for ove My Wife and I were in the market for a current or prior year like new, fully loaded, GMC Yukon XL SLT with very low miles. We had been looking for over 60 days, and had driven several vehicles at several dealerships. We found a vehicle at Ewing and went to look at it. Our salesperson was Oscar Mora, which I must say was the perfect salesperson…courteous, genuine, concerned, knowledgeable, and helpful. When we first looked at the vehicle we were not firmly interested due to an "extremely" minor issue with the interior. My wife and I have been married for 40 years and have always purchased new vehicles every 5 years, so we were really scrutinizing even the smallest imperfections of the "like new" vehicles we were looking at. Oscar called the day after we left the dealership, and said they had remedied the minor interior issue we were concerned about, and to tell us of another vehicle which I might be interested in. After some discussion, we made an offer on the vehicle we were initially interested in. The offer was accepted a few days later and we now own that very clean, like new, low mileage vehicle. If it wasn't for Oscar Mora's sincere salesmanship that was always tuned in to the customer's temperament by being straightforward and honest, we would have never purchased that vehicle. Trusting the salesperson and knowing they are truly honest in their dealings is such a venture, and Oscar Mora possesses all those talents. After the sale Oscar went over in detail every option on the vehicle, and answered all questions we had. He helped us setup OnStar, XM, and gave us safe assurance that Ewing was there to take care of our every need from sale to service. He also called us the next week after the sale to see if we had any questions, or if there was anything he could do for us. We can't say enough about Oscar Mora, he is a very special salesperson with quality interpersonal relationship skills. More

Although we didn’t find a vehicle which matched all our criteria, we are happy with what we found in a 2016 Buick SUV with low mileage.
