The entire process was clearly explained to me, each step of the way. I felt that I was treated very fairly, and left with a big smile on my face as I drove off in my new Explorer ST, I later had a minor service issue, and called Pam to for guidence. She hooked me up with the right people in the service department, and followed up with me afterwards to make sure that I was taken care of.
