A loooong way to go for a used truck. I found a used 2004 Toyota Tundra on the internet that fit what I was looking for.......the problem being the truck was 800 miles away. My son and I I found a used 2004 Toyota Tundra on the internet that fit what I was looking for.......the problem being the truck was 800 miles away. My son and I had to travel to Indiana soon anyhow so I figured I would call about the truck and I am glad I did. The sales rep who answered, Matt Bartleson, was awesome! He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable buying a 14 year old vehicle I couldn't look at in person. Numerous pictures were sent to me, and he was right there to answer any question that popped up. Matt's pictures were high quality. He took the time to bring it inside under the lights, which makes for great pictures, but of course exposes any defects. Before I even had time to notice anything on the 14 year old truck, Matt was sure to point out any defects he found. I couldn't have asked for a more honest account of the used truck, and in most cases the condition was better then stated. I had some additional service done, it was fast, neatly completed and reasonably priced. When I arrived Matt picked us up from the airport and gave us all the time we needed to check out the truck before we bought it. He made sure the truck was ready for the 800 mile ride home, and after owning it 2,500 miles, ZERO issues! The paperwork portion of the purchase was done with Moe Abbasi. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The paperwork was in order and ready to go when we sat down. Moe has clearly been doing this long enough to know the process inside and out. What I found most impressive about Matt and Moe was the pride they took in the dealership they worked for. Everyone I met seemed happy and got along well with each other. Hey, I was buying a used 14 year old truck, nobody was getting rich off the sale, but that didn't matter to them at all. My wife drives a 2014 Outback, I wish Falcone Subaru was closer, we would be customers for life! More

After hearing rumors that 2019 was the final year for the Beetle, I walked in and asked. Tiffany Compton welcomed me in and guided me through the whole process and was even able to intercept the exact car car that I wanted. I literally feel like part of the Falcone family whether I'm there for service or looking at a new purchase! Hopefully when I'm ready again. I'll be back at Falcone to purchase a third generation of the Bug! More

(2015 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited, 2017 VW Tiguan SE, 2019 VW Jetta Rline). I have gotten cars for both my daughters and wife now. She is excellent to work with and a real asset to Falcone. I'm also exploring a possible car for my mother with her as well. It was a very pleasurable experience again. I will continue to come back. I also live in Fishers and have other dealerships much closer to me but Tiffany and Falcone is worth the trip. More
