Great job My car had multiple warning lights come on and began running quite roughly all of a sudden. Then, later it wouldn't start. I had it towed to your dealership close to closing time on a Tuesday. I got a call with a diagnosis the next morning and it was ready to go that same day. I certainly appreciate the quick turn around time although I understand that's not always possible. I haven't dealt with many of your staff but those I've encountered were friendly and professional. Prices for services can never be low enough but I was stunned to learn the hard way your oil change price was so much less than that of Jiffy Lube. Almost half of what I'd been paid there in fact. I'll never go back to JL! And I certainly appreciate the complimentary car wash. Great job. More

Steve Halloran, the service writer, welcomed me as soon as I walked in, found my record immediately and explained what the 10K service entailed. He accepted the coupon I was given for the free service and showed me the service lounge areas. The work was done within the time estimated and the car was returned to me freshly washed. I'll be back. I have not used dealer services regularly in the past, but this was pleasant and efficient. More

Trying to take advantage of women. We own a Saab and the Heated seat quit working. They give my wife an estimate and told her it was too high. She thought it was worth it and decided t We own a Saab and the Heated seat quit working. They give my wife an estimate and told her it was too high. She thought it was worth it and decided to have them repair. They had to order parts and was going to call when came in and after 5 weeks no call. She called and still not in but funny how only took couple days after the call. Seat all worked going in and after repair, heated seat worked but not the lever on auto seat retract. She took back in and they told her, repair had nothing to do with seat retract, and gave her some bs way to do it which doesn't allow enough room to get in. I told her it was Falcone's fault and make them look at it. They did and gave her a quote for another 500 dollars. I looked part up on rock auto and was 37. My neighbor plays with cars and I borrowed tools and took loose back cover and found they put clip on wrong and cable came out, also a strap for seat cover not put on, Put on correctly and seat working. Looks to me if they took apart should of seen it. They won't get any more of my money. More
