I unfortunately spent over $300 to tune the truck up and after assessing the condition of the truck, I I decided to consider purchasing a new or used Tacoma after talking with Jared. In sales, Ken Collings couldn't find me a similar vehicle so I looked at Hyannis Toyota and the internet to see what I could find. Ken appraised the vehicle and said the truck was worth $5000 in a trade. After a few days of looking without success, I received a call from Courtney in Internet sales. She had found a truck that satisfied what I was looking for. She gave me a price and we applied the $5000 to the purchase price. I spoke with Ken on the phone and we made all arrangements for purchasing the truck in one day. We made all the arrangements so that the sale could be booked by the end of the year. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Jared, Ken and Courtney. My only regret is that I didn't get more for my truck since it was only a 12 year old Toyota and it was falling apart. Other than that, a great experience by a great team. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle for my wife, we had many many options to choose from. On a recommendation from friends and family, I went to see Ian at Falmouth Toyota. I spoke with him on the phone prior to visiting the dealer, and immediately felt at ease. Ian understood that my wife and I both work, have two young children and not a lot of spare time to do the normal back and forth that most other dealers insist on doing. I met with Ian in person on a Wednesday night after work, and within a matter of 45 minutes I leased a new 4runner for less money than I had planned on. Working in Foxboro, living in Plymouth, there are other Toyota dealers that would have been more convenient to get to, but I took the extra time to go to Falmouth Toyota. I worked with Coby who checked to make sure the vehicle was available and then held it for me while I could make arrangements to pick it up. I rented a car and drove from Vermont to the local Hertz drop off, and then Coby picked me up and took me to the dealer. Some might be afraid of purchasing a vehicle sight unseen but the online pictures were very detailed and there is really nothing to worry about with a Toyota Certified used vehicle. I have since put about 1,200 miles on the truck and am very happy with my purchase. More
