Our experience goes back to buying my first used Toyota truck from Mike Conroy at the old site in E. Falmouth, almost thirty years ago. Since then we have purchased at least 8 more new and used vehicles, not a lemon in the crowd. My new used truck this time was almost exactly what I wanted, a model not easy to find. The help transferring my old truck to my son was invaluable. Ron in sales and Tony in service were especially helpful. Always a Pleasure! This is the second Toyota Sienna that I have purchased from Falmouth Toyota. My first had 219,000 miles, and was still running great. I always took my first Sienna to Falmouth Toyota for all of its maintenance. The staff is courteous and respectful of my time. I was always told what needed to be done and what could wait until a later time. I found a newer Certified Used Sienna on their website in my price range. I was contacted by Coutney Ross online and by phone. She was helpful with information. I went to the dealership to test drive a couple of Siennas that I was considering. Jennifer helped me. She answered any and all questions I had about the vehicles that I was considering. Her knowledge helped me to decide which vehicle was right for me. This was a very easy process. All of the insurance and registry work was done for me. About 36 hours after test driving my new Sienna, I had the keys in my hand. I recommend Falmouth Toyota to everyone. I trust them to keep my car in tip top running condition, which they do. I would never buy a car anywhere else! More
