I have long owned a Toyota, Camry, Sienna and now a Rav. I find the service people terrific and though I was not quite ready to buy a new car I did take advantage of the Toyotathon. Once I made my choice, all the paperwork was handled efficiently and I had my new vehicle with hardly an interruption in my daily routine. My family has purchased many vehicles from Falmouth Toyota, always dealing with Ronnie. After the purchases, we have continued to use the dealership for all our service needs. The service department is always top-notch from its scheduling, to completing the work in a timely manner. I told him I was looking at the Rav4 and the Camry and was not sure which I really wanted. Keith asked me questions about what my needs were and he gave me the xxxxxxfor the Rav4 and also the Camry. His information was extremely helpful. He encouraged me come in and test drive both cars which he thought would help my decision. I was not sure if I was ready for that next step. I finally decided to just go to the dealership and see Keith. When I arrived Steve Springer was standing at the door, I must have looked lost, and he offered to help me find Keith. Keith was busy but Steve sat me down and I shared how I had been working with Keith and the information he had given me thus far. Steve picked up where I had left off with Keith online and was able to walk me through the process of making a decision and guided me through the actual purchase of buying the car. I was extremely nervous and Steve helped to reassure me. I had a great experience and I love my new Camry. More

I purchased my first Toyota Camry from Falmouth Toyota January 2011. I was pleasantly surprised at the financing package I qualified for with Toyota Financial. I had that car until my husband totaled it in a bad car accident. We just purchased our 2007 Toyota Camry in October 2013 from Falmouth Toyota. We were able to pass on the 2002 Toyota Echo to my son. As a result of the accident, we were in need of another vehicle. We went to Falmouth Toyota and spoke to Ron. We told him what we want and the monthly amount we could afford. Within a few days, Ron called us with information about the 2008 Toyota Camry. By the third week of November 2013, the team @ Falmouth Toyota worked out a deal for us that we could afford and met all our needs. We have told EVERYONE we know about the dedication and patience they had with our situation. We wouldn't consider purchasing a vehicle from any where else after the star treatment we received at Falmouth Toyota! More
