The good reviews are NOT accurate. I have brought a couple of different Camry's to be serviced there over the years. The first time Tony Martino quted me $1,200 for a minor repair on an exhaust flext couple of different Camry's to be serviced there over the years. The first time Tony Martino quted me $1,200 for a minor repair on an exhaust flext pipe. I had it repaired elsewhere for $200 and the repair lasted for 200,000 miles. I gave them another chance a few years later on my new Camry. Brought it in to had the rear interior light fixed, and a couple of loose screws under the dash replaced. When I got it home I noticed NOTHING had been fixed. (it was under warranty) When I brought it back, old man Murphy (the owner)accused me of lying. This place is the WORST dealership on the Cape, and should be avoided at all costs. More

Ken was extremely helpful as I was trying to decide which Toyota model to purchase (Highlander, Prius, Camry). I test drove each model on 2 different visits and Ken spent a lot of time with me answering my Toyota model to purchase (Highlander, Prius, Camry). I have nothing but high praise for Falmouth Toyota. I had a very bad experience with another dealership but wanted a Toyota car still. I called up Falmouth of Toyota to get information on reporting the had a very bad experience with another dealership but wanted a Toyota car still. I called up Falmouth of Toyota to get information on reporting the other dealership ended up speaking with Amy Killoran. Amy listen to me rant about the other dealership and what they had done to me, even though she didn't have to, gave me the information on who and how to report this dealership directly to Toyota and said she could help us with getting a vehicle. She took time out of her vacation to get us approved to get into a vehicle. I am amazed at the short period of time that she made this happen. We then met with Anthony Spagone who showed us the vehicle we purchased. Anthony was such a pleasure to meet and to have as salesman. He listened to our needs and explained that they were going to make our experience even MORE then we could imagine. Knowing how the other dealership left a bad taste in our mouth Anthony chose to give my husband a pleasant surprise when we went to go pick up the vehicle. He surprised him with an added remote start! We are BEYOND satisfied we will NEVER go ANYWHERE else but to Falmouth Toyota for their ability to go beyond for their customers.
