Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

Our buying experience purchasing a new Tacoma TRD Sport pick up truck from Falmouth Toyota was excellent. All car dealers should be like Falmouth. They’re honest, they’re open, and they do their best to provide the customer a fair deal. There’s none of the funny business that goes on in many if not most retail they’re open, and they do their best to provide the customer a fair deal. There’s none of the funny business that goes on in many if not most retail car dealerships and you can be confident without even asking that you’re getting a good deal as well as a fair deal. And I speak from experience. Have bought two new cars from Falmouth within the last three plus years and I do my homework and know the numbers. I hold up as examples of the kind of people any businessperson or professional would want to deal with:Ms. Amy Killoran, the Sales Manager, and Mr. Colby Signs, the Product Specialist. I recently sought Ken's help when RMV made an error with my vehicle registration. Although this was not his responsibility nor that of the dealership, my problem became their problem, and with Ken's help, my vehicle registration. I just purchased a 2020 4runner from Falmouth Toyota and let me start by saying what a wonderful experience!
