This was hands-down the best purchasing experience of my life and I felt like they were trying to work with me to earn my long-term business. However, this time I went in after purchasing a car from them 3 months earlier, because I was unhappy with my choice. There was nothing wrong with the car , it turned out that it was too small for me and just didn't fit my needs. I wasn't sure if I could "return a car" but figured it was worth going in to see. I could not have been more pleased with the way I was treated......the one thing I kept hearing from every person we spoke to there was, "we want you to be happy and love your car!" Our prior salesman, Jesse, was not there that day, so Steve helped us and later relayed to Jesse that we had come in and were trading in and buying a different vehicle. John made the paperwork quick and painless, and in no time at all, I was driving off in the perfect car! It is great to see that here, they work as a team. Asked for a valuation on our 2008, and a net cash price for a new car. Justin ran some numbers quickly and came back with a price that was very competitive with the other three area dealers we had surveyed, and was was just so helpful and earnest, we couldn’t say no. Then he helped set me up with a plan that worked for me, and even managed to work with the Toyota team to have my near-and-dear license plate transition to the new vehicle. Toyota was so good about letting me have a loaner car between when Toyota took our 14-year old Prius (also purchased at Falmouth Toyota) when I could pick up the new Rav. On pickup day, Justin was really knowledgeable about all the controls in the car (of which there are a great many new ones I’d never seen before), and he was also quite patient in answering all my questions about the new options and capabilities. Justin and the Toyota team were friendly and helpful throughout, and worked extremely hard to ensure I ended up with the right car, the right plan, and with a smile on my face. Bad service dept They said need to drain ac hose. Well they drained right onto the carpet. Was told $220 to dry out the carpet they soaked. Then was told o2 sensor w They said need to drain ac hose.
