Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. Tom Murphy has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

Quick and Easy This was my first car buying experience with Falmouth Toyota and certainly won't be my last. I had been driving my old vehicle for almost ten years. I This was my first car buying experience with Falmouth Toyota and certainly won't be my last. I had been driving my old vehicle for almost ten years. I needed something new and due to my own scheduling issues didn't have time for the back and forth negotiating. I knew I wanted a Highlander and chose Falmouth Toyota based on the great ratings they received. After I did an online search of their inventory Jeff contacted me. He made arrangements to meet with us within an hour, had the vehicle ready for test drive and completed the application process for financing including trading in two vehicles a half hour before I had to be on my way. My new Highlander was ready for delivery the next morning. I recently brought it in to have a remote starter installed. The service department and staff didn't disappoint. The waiting area is comfortable, staff friendly and professional and they provided me with a loaner vehicle for the day. More

Just bought my 5th car from Falmouth Toyota! I was in the market for a new car due to a "minor" accident that my daughter had with my old one. After looking at all of the Camrys available on-lin I was in the market for a new car due to a "minor" accident that my daughter had with my old one. Pleasant and enjoyable We brought our new Avalon from Jesse Abbruzzese. Jesse is a new employee at Falmouth Toyota but was very product knowledgeable.
