George was great. We talked about the price and were left to discuss it. But after purchasing we were sent to someone trying to sell us add ons. That was a blindside. Then to the finance department to go over the terms. 3.5/4 hours later we were on the road. So far love the car. Time will tell when and if we have to use the extended warranty. More

"33 point inspection" felt like a scam. Technician failed to notice the break fluid reservoir was empty which should have led them to the blown brake lines which needed complete replacement Technician failed to notice the break fluid reservoir was empty which should have led them to the blown brake lines which needed complete replacement. The engine code (which they did not read until I insisted before leaving) led them to tell me I needed evap system repairs which could be costly (1 can of cleaner through the gas tank and the code cleared and passed emissions a day later). They also charged me $180 to "look at" a broken rear hatch actuator. I informed them on arrival that the button had merely pushed up inside and I couldn't get to it easily. They told me it was completely broken and would cost about $400 to replace. Upon my arrival home I took it all apart using a youtube video as reference and put the original button back in place. It works fine and cost nothing. Sincerely doubt anyone actually looked at it at all. If you come here for anything other than work that was included with a vehicle purchase, or for warranty work that is covered by the manufacturer, you are throwing away your money. More
