This Dealership is disgusting i ordered an Ionic 6 with a MSRP price of 57,640 once the car came in I was told that the car would be marked up $5,000 over MSRP price. This was un ethical and Family Hyundai did not have the back bone to tell me this before I ordered the car and put down a down payment! What type of so called FAMILY does this. I am not only appalled I am disappointed and let down. I asked to talked to the General Sales Manager Jason who I spoke with who was to call me back in few minutes but I guess he could not muster up enough backbone to place the phone call to make the situation right. I will be writing a review on him I have also contacted numerous entities regarding this treatment. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! More

1 - I was treated terrible as a customer, the service manager Michael made a racist comment to me over the phone and in person when I picked up my car on 5/2 after my car been repaired due to being stole manager Michael made a racist comment to me over the phone and in person when I picked up my car on 5/2 after my car been repaired due to being stolen.
