I enjoyed my salesman, but not the finance area. I got one price from the salesman, and we agreed. Finance then added a few extra thousand dollars on the car. I had made an appointment with Tom for a check engine light issue. He was able to get a mechanic for me pretty quick given the busy day and had me ready to go in an hour and a half. Tom was absolutely amazing. I had a recall on my Hyundai and called around to a couple dealerships all of them told me I needed to make an appointment which was typically a cou I had a recall on my Hyundai and called around to a couple dealerships all of them told me I needed to make an appointment which was typically a couple weeks out. When I call Family Hyundai and spoke to Tom, he welcomed me to come in same day and he would make sure it got done in a timely manner. I was able to pick up my car within 24 hours.
