Was in for this visit for the turn signal module recall notice and oil change. Appointments at this time must be scheduled a month or so in advance due to heavy demand. My understanding is the demand change is due to the free oil change program offered with new vehicle purchases. A suggestion is to prioritize resolution of recall notices. Eric the service manager was very rude to my wife and insulted my intelligence. The proper test was not performed. Very disappointed in the service department.
