mantha3585, Just so we are on the same page, we will do whatever we can to help out, but when we reach the end of the road and are unable to help, it is because there is nowhere else to go. Your vehicles warranty ended at 60,000 miles because you are the second owner. Hyundai does not have issues with the 3.3 liter V6 that is in your vehicle. If you have a case number with Hyundai Motor America, and who you talked to, we will discuss your situation with Hyundai right away. Case number 19045709. This is the exact email I received on 1/21/22: Good afternoon Samantha, I called the dealership today on your behalf to request a Goodwill claim to Family Hyundai. I spoke with Edd, who told me that they scheduled an appointment on 4/01/2022 at 7:00 am for you and that he will request the Goodwill to Hyundai.
