Not happy at all. Came in because my High-beams were not working. The service rep told me since I have an appointment it will take no longer than an hour. So everything was fine but I waited 2hrs in the wai working. The service rep told me since I have an appointment it will take no longer than an hour. So everything was fine but I waited 2hrs in the waiting room without even getting an update on what was going on. Finally another 15min went by came up to the service rep and asked what is going on? It was supposed to be an hour but more than 2hrs passed by without the rep even updating me on anything. Told me should be done within 15min another 30min passed by and my car was done. Definitely not going back to family Hyundai it was a joke. More

Family Genesis service Was finally able to schedule valet service for my G80. Scheduled online and they tax reminders to my phone. No show on time for pickup of my car. Cal Was finally able to schedule valet service for my G80. Scheduled online and they tax reminders to my phone. No show on time for pickup of my car. Called service and was told not to book online as it frequently does not show on their calender. THey accomodated me and picked up my car an hour later. Returned in the afternoon after service and wash but they forgot to vacuum. The valet service for my Mercedes Benz was better. More
