Went in for oil change and any manufacturer scheduled maintenance. Did not attach inspection sheet. Service writer told me the battery was bad and ask if I waned replaced, I said no because some filters maintenance. Did not attach inspection sheet. Not sure if this was the reason for not including inspection report but makes me wonder if it had something to do with not including report. More
