5 hrs and 3 salesmen to lease a car??? Ridiculous! Brought in lease up Santa Fe for a new one. Back and forth on pricing and few concessions. $20 off our goal! Then on to the add ons salesperson. Tho Brought in lease up Santa Fe for a new one. Back and forth on pricing and few concessions. $20 off our goal! Then on to the add ons salesperson. Thought dent and tire coverage was included since they were in older car monthly price tho we fortunately didn’t use. Price goes over our top affordability. Was upset so refused those. On to finance man. Another less expensive add on suggested for turn in time to cover $5000 incidentals. Too much $$. Declined. Left with a lovely car but a bad experience & no dent or tire protection. Next car will be from a dealer who means first price IS the lowest. So frustrating! Almost walked and cancelled even tho my “stuff” had been transferred from older to newer car in the rain. More

Great first time buyer experience I originally went in to check out one of the used cars, but ended up leaving with a 2020 Elantra. Basco was very helpful, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer, I was hesitant on making my decision, but I never once felt like I was being pressured into buying. I brought the car back a few days later to have a remote start installed and had another great experience. I was in and out pretty quick with the loaner car. Jim was nice enough to help me move my son's carseat between the 2 cars. I was expecting this to be an all day thing, but got a call a few hours later that it was done. I am very happy with my decision to buy the newer car and would definitely recommend Family Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car. More
