Practical car guy responded

Hello, I spoke with the service manager who acted like I was wasting his time. There was no resolution and my brakes had to be replaced. I wish Family did the check they were supposed to so I was aware of this issue ahead of time.

Practical car guy, What is your first and last name so that I can better address your issue. I want to make sure we are doing everything that we can when a customer comes in for service.
