Awesomely accommodating for a important last minute service I got in my car yesterday morning and my tire light was lit up on the dashboard. So I called Family Honda in Orland Park and they told me to come rig I got in my car yesterday morning and my tire light was lit up on the dashboard. So I called Family Honda in Orland Park and they told me to come right over. They found a nail in my right rear tire. They were able to put a plug in it the hole of the tire, fill them up with nitrogen and rotate my tires for just under $50. Note, they also gave me an oil change for free. They said that I had paid for the last two oil changes therefore the third oil change is for free. I was super happy that I took the time out of my Labor Day weekend to get my car serviced. Not to mention, if I hadn't I would of had a flat tire and possibly got stranded somewhere. Thank you Family Honda! I really appreciate your great service! More

Revisit for Repairs Mu forst visit wsa for routine maintenance, but they said they found two oil leaks which would cost almost $700 t repair. I opted to take the car to a Mu forst visit wsa for routine maintenance, but they said they found two oil leaks which would cost almost $700 t repair. I opted to take the car to another, neighborhood shop. They cleaned off oil that I had spilled on the engine while trying to add it without a funnel. They said there was a very minor, if at all leak near the oil pan,but nothing to really worry about. However,they said I had two brake line leaks. I took the car back to Family and Crystal Duran was very courteous and professional. She had the oil pan repaired under warranty and did confirm the brake line leaks. I agreed to the repairs and Crystal discounted the cost because the prior visit's inspection reported that the brakes were ok. I'm very happy with the final results and the way Crustal Duran handled a problematic situation. More
