Took too long for financing, but overall happy! My experience was great. I went with my parents and they treated us all very well. They made sure I understood everything. Literally almost 2 hours waiting to be called into the office. Also for them to take over an hour to "detail" my car before I left with it and it did not look any cleaner than when I test drove it. But overall happy with my purchase though! More

Full Service & More! I brought my Tucson to Family Hyundai for a routine oil change. I was greeted promptly, personally walked to one of the service desks, and Brian pres I brought my Tucson to Family Hyundai for a routine oil change. I was greeted promptly, personally walked to one of the service desks, and Brian presented all expected charges to me up-front. During my waiting room stay, Family Hyundai was having a BBQ in front of the dealership, with Graham Watson leading the grilling force. There was free lunch being served to all employees & customers. How cool?!! More
