When I arrived I was promptly met by the Service Adviser (Tom Salin). He reviewed my records on previous services and repairs and on the current recommended service. I had several questions regarding maintenance. He answered all my questions in a manner that was understandable to me. He also provided me with time estimate on the service. I was able to sit in Family's comfortable lounge area and enjoy TV and a cup of coffee. This is great customer service and why I bring my car to Family. I also had the opportunity to talk to Frank Baley in sales. He has sold my family three cars in the past. More
